Preparing Manuscript

The Submission Processes

Please click “Submit to HSI Journal Online” and follow instructions given on the screen. Upload all manuscript files here. Please make sure to provide all relevant source files in editable versions, preferably Microsoft Office Word format, except where it is not applicable. Failure to submit such editable source files may lead to undue delay in the production process.

Cover Letter

Manuscripts submitted to HSI Journal should be accompanied by a cover letter stating the nature of the manuscript (e.g. original research, case report), and that it is not published, in the press, or submitted elsewhere in English or any other language, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. The submitted cover letter must contain highlights, three to five result-oriented points (not more than 85 characters each) that provide readers with an at-a-glance overview of the main findings of your work. [note: A cover letter must also accompany a revised submission and must address, point-by-point, issues raised in the review process]
